Postnatal with Pilates

Pilates is a wonderful method to feel and strengthen your body again after pregnancy and birth. You experience the fascial connection of your pelvic floor and gently bring your body back into balance. The first months after birth are special, a new stage of life begins and your body has done incredible things. Take the time to focus on your pelvic floor, core area, and abdominal and back muscles. We'll also support you in the healing process of rectus diastasis and give you valuable everyday tips.



The ideal time to start your regression with Pilates is six to eight weeks after a spontaneous birth and eight to ten weeks after a cesarean section. However, you are also welcome to participate at a later time after pregnancy.


In addition, we also offer you the possibility of personal training to specifically address your body and your needs during your postpartum period.

 

The 9-part build-up course without baby will take place in a closed class.
